Terms of studio enrolment
These terms apply to people who inquire, visit, or enrol at Anchor Base Technical Institute, Sheshelidze Ascent #02, Ozurgeti, Georgia.
Who we are
Anchor Base Technical Institute (“the institute”, “we”) offers in-person technical analysis training: swing structure mapping, multi-timeframe confirmation, volume and range reading, entry trigger rehearsal, and overnight risk framing. Contact: desk@portalanchorbase.click, +995 599 120 353.
Training, not dealing
Courses teach chart reading and written planning on printed packets. We do not execute orders, hold client money, recommend specific securities, or operate a trading venue. Nothing on this website or in a session is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal. Outcomes of live trading remain yours and, where you use one, your licensed intermediary’s.
Enrolment
A seat exists only after the desk confirms a cohort date in writing or by recorded phone note and you complete payment at the studio by the method agreed there. Pages that show GEL amounts are informational. Submitting the contact form is a request, not a contract.
Attendance and conduct
You arrive on time for the weekday that matches your course. Phones stay aside unless a tutor asks for a photograph of your finished sheet. You may not copy other students’ packets for resale, record audio or video of sessions, or present institute materials as a public signal service. We may ask a person to leave a session for disruption; unused time in that session is not a separate product.
Packets and intellectual work
Printed charts and checklists are licensed to you for personal study. They stay your copies to keep. The markup legends, miss-log format, and lesson sequence remain ours. You may not republish them as a competing course.
Changes to the calendar
If a tutor cannot run a listed weekday, we offer a make-up session or a seat in the next cohort for the same course. We are not liable for travel costs to Ozurgeti.
Liability
To the extent Georgian law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you take after class. We are responsible for running the booked sessions with reasonable care and for the safety of the room we control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled with the desk may be brought in the courts competent for Ozurgeti, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
Updates
We may revise these terms for future enrolments. The version on this page at the time your seat is confirmed is the version that applies to that cohort.
