What we collect

From the contact form or a phone call: name, email, telephone number, course of interest, and the message you write. If you enrol at the desk we also keep attendance marks, homework-packet notes, and payment records issued by the studio (receipts, not card data entered on this website). This site does not run a customer account login.

Why we use it

We reply to seat requests, confirm cohort dates, run the course you booked, keep attendance, issue refunds where the refund policy applies, and meet bookkeeping and tax duties in Georgia. The legal bases are taking steps toward a contract, performing that contract, legitimate interests in running a small studio safely, and legal obligation where accounts must be kept.

Cookies

The public site stores one optional preference in localStorage so the cookie banner stays closed. See the cookie notice. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry lists. Hosting of this static website may process technical logs (IP address, browser) on the server that serves portalanchorbase.click. Accountants or authorities may see payment records when law requires. Tutors see your first name on the attendance sheet.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are kept up to 18 months so we can answer a follow-up about the same course. Enrolment and payment records follow Georgian accounting retention. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of inquiry data that is not required for accounts. Write to desk@portalanchorbase.click.

Children

Courses are for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.

Write to us first. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia if you believe the law has not been followed.
